「不锈钢旗杆」锥型旗杆预埋件的固定方法及施工图纸

在前面的文章中我们曾介绍过三种不锈钢旗杆的底部预埋固定方法，今天讲解一下旗杆预埋的施工流程：
 

In the previous article, we introduced three methods of pre-embedding and fixing the bottom of stainless steel flagpole. Today, we will explain the construction process of pre-embedding the flagpole.

一般情况下不锈钢旗杆预埋件的施工流程可分为8步


Generally speaking, the construction process of stainless steel flagpole embedded parts can be divided into eight steps.


1、首先需要准备好不锈钢旗杆的预埋件，旗杆高度不同预埋件大小也会不同不锈钢旗杆跟不锈钢锥形旗杆订购之后旗杆厂家都会提供预埋件


1. First of all, we need to prepare the embedded parts of stainless steel flagpole, which will be provided by flagpole manufacturers after ordering stainless steel flagpole and stainless steel conical flagpole with different height and size of embedded parts.


2、根据旗杆厂家提供的预埋件施工图纸挖好基坑,基坑的尺寸大小详细厂家有需要做旗台的可参照自己旗台图纸另行设计预埋件预埋方式


2. Digging the foundation pit according to the construction drawings of the embedded parts provided by the flagpole manufacturer. If the size of the foundation pit is detailed, the flagpole manufacturer may design the pre-embedded parts according to his own flagpole drawings.

3、3支不锈钢旗杆或者3支以上旗杆的需要预留好旗杆跟旗杆的间距，建议挖基坑的时候挖连体式基坑，宽度不变，长度参照3支旗杆间距加基坑长度


The spacing between flagpole and flagpole should be reserved for 3,3 stainless steel flagpole or more flagpole. It is suggested that when excavating foundation pit, the connecting foundation pit should be excavated with the same width, and the length should refer to the spacing between three flagpole and the length of foundation pit.


4、三支旗杆预埋件基坑两边必须在一条水平线上，预埋件放入基坑中固定好后，预埋件的一边必须在一条水平线上，固定预埋件的时候可拉一条水平线


4. The two sides of the foundation pit with three flagpole embedded parts must be on a horizontal line. After the embedded parts are fixed in the foundation pit, the one side of the embedded parts must be on a horizontal line. When the embedded parts are fixed, a horizontal line can be drawn.


5、固定旗杆预埋件的时候预埋件上边带丝杠的部分需要在预埋后留出10-15公分的丝杠，高度不够的可在预埋件底部填充石块或者硬物固定。并标注好浇筑位置


5. When fixing the flagpole embedded parts, the part with screw on the upper side of the embedded parts needs to leave 10-15 cm screw after embedding. If the height is insufficient, it can be fixed by filling stones or hard objects at the bottom of the embedded parts. And mark the pouring position


6、用C25或者更高标号的混凝土浇筑预埋件，首次浇筑水平位置以上丝杠需预留10公分左右


6. When using C25 or higher grade concrete to pour embedded parts, the screw above the horizontal position should be reserved about 10 cm for the first time.


7、不锈钢旗杆预埋件浇筑之后等混凝土彻底干透后才能安装旗杆。


7. The flagpole can not be installed until the concrete is thoroughly dried after the embedded parts of stainless steel flagpole are poured.

8、不锈钢旗杆预埋件安装之后露着的丝杠跟旗杆加强筋需要二次浇筑起来在顶部贴瓷砖或者大理石处理


8. The lead screw and flagpole reinforcement bars exposed after the installation of the stainless steel flagpole embedded parts need to be poured twice and tiled or marbled on the top.
